This SMM is intended to provide an overview of changes to some of the benefits you are eligible for as an employee of Organon and is also intended to update the SPDs. If any information in this SMM conflicts with the plan document and insurance policies, the plan document and policies will govern. Organon reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the Plan or any benefits provided under the Plan at any time. This SMM does not constitute a contract of employment.
