Here’s what you need to know about Organon benefits for next year. For an overview of all the benefits offered, view our 2026 Benefits Guide.
In 2026, Organon will continue to cover the majority of health care premium costs for founders. We are making moderate cost increases to bi-weekly founder medical payroll contributions. View this comparison chart of 2025 and 2026 contribution rates.
Note that founder contributions for dental and vision coverage will remain the same for 2026.
At Organon, we believe high quality health care should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’re proud to introduce Advanced Primary Care Plus (APC+), powered by Apaly, as a unique addition to your benefits package.
APC+ provides a new way to choose and use a primary care provider (PCP) that brings back relationship-based care in a modern, accessible format. Instead of rushed, transactional visits with whichever doctor is available, APC+ connects you with a dedicated PCP who gets to know you as a person, not just a patient number. This is health care built on relationships, trust and continuity of care.
Best of all, APC+ comes at no additional cost to you and your family. For most services, you’ll pay no deductibles, no coinsurance and no surprise bills for PCP visits.
If you already have a PCP through the Horizon network that you’re happy with, that’s wonderful! But if you’re not happy with your PCP, or are searching for a new PCP or a higher touch PCP experience, APC+ could be just what you need.
Traditional health care has long overlooked one of the most significant phases in women’s lives – menopause and perimenopause. That’s why we’re proud to offer Midi Health, the premier virtual clinic specializing in midlife care, now available to you and your eligible dependents through your Organon medical plan.
Midi clinicians specialize in treating the dozens of symptoms that can stem from the hormonal changes of midlife, including:
Beginning January 1, 2026, Horizon Health Guide is getting a new name — Horizon Care Connect.
While the name is changing, the expert guidance and personalized support will remain the same, connecting you with the right care, resources and answers quickly and seamlessly.
You will continue to have access to a dedicated Horizon Care Connect team member. If you’re currently working with a Health Guide, Horizon will help you make the switch to a Horizon Care Connect Advisor.
All members will receive a new ID card in the mail by January 2026 reflecting this change, regardless of whether you make changes to your medical elections or not.
Starting January 1, 2026, a new rule under the SECURE 2.0 Act will impact how certain employees can make catch-up contributions to their retirement plans.
If you’re turning 50 or older in 2026 and your total 2025 Organon FICA wages (Box 3 on your 2025 form W-2) were over $145,000,* any catch-up contributions you make to the U.S. Savings Plan in 2026 must be made as after-tax Roth contributions.
What does this mean for you?
If your Organon FICA wages were over $145,000* in 2025, catch-up contributions must be made as after-tax Roth contributions in 2026.
If your Organon FICA wages were $145,000* or less, you can choose to make catch-up contributions as pre-tax and/or Roth.
Steps you can take now:
Talk to a financial or tax advisor to understand how this change may affect your retirement strategy.
